MY GIRLS

I have been away from my girls most of my life. Visiting as much as I could. I have never missed anyone as much as I miss my girls, and now grandchildren too. We are so very lucky to have such wonderful daughter's who were raised to be Christians, with a high work ethics,  high morals, and so much more.  Most of their generation seems to want someone else to support them, my oldest daughter in her thirties says she sees this a lot in her generation, and she says they just don't get it. She says it makes her very sad. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful close relationship with our daughter's even though seeing them is not as much as we would like. We live out on the road as truck drivers and it makes it very hard to have that normal family time. I wish so much we could just be regular folks, but as a truck driver we are also serving our country and the people of the USA. IT IS THE HARDEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE! I pray my girls will never have to do this kind of work, and for those of you who have regular jobs, with weekends off, or any days off, I HOPE YOU APPRECIATE IT!  You do not know how lucky you really are. And please say thank you to all the servants of this country, like the truck drivers, the farmers, nurses, and our men and women of the military. They too serve all of you.
